PinPoint privacy policy.

§01Overview

PinPoint is designed to be a private, on-device health tracker for men on prescribed testosterone replacement therapy. We do not operate a server, we do not have user accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, or sell any user data. The app is published by Bayou Labs, a product studio based in Houston, Texas.

§02What data PinPoint stores on your device

Everything you log in PinPoint is stored locally on your iPhone. That includes:

• Injection logs (compound, ester, dose, timestamp, injection site)
• Ancillary medication logs
• Lab results you enter manually
• Symptom logs and free-text notes
• Body metrics: weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure (optional; may sync via HealthKit)
• Reminder and notification preferences
• Onboarding and disclaimer acknowledgment state

§03Where this data lives

All data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework and standard iOS app storage. If you have iCloud Backup enabled for your device, that backup is encrypted and is between you and Apple; PinPoint has no access to it.

§04HealthKit

If you grant permission, PinPoint reads and writes the following HealthKit data types:

• Body weight
• Body fat percentage
• Systolic blood pressure
• Diastolic blood pressure

HealthKit data is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy model. PinPoint cannot access any HealthKit data type without your explicit per-type permission, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health. PinPoint never transmits HealthKit data off your device.

§05What we do NOT do

• No analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no ad networks, no third-party SDKs of any kind.
• No network calls. The app does not contact any server, including ours.
• No user accounts, no login, no email collection.
• No selling, sharing, or licensing of any data.

§06Notifications

If you enable dose reminders, PinPoint schedules them locally via Apple's UNUserNotificationCenter. Reminder content is constructed on your device and never transmitted off-device.

§07Your control over your data

• Export. Settings → Export generates a full archive of your data that you can save or share.
• Delete.Settings includes a “Delete All Data” option that wipes every record from the device.
• Uninstall. Deleting the app removes all PinPoint-stored data from your device. HealthKit data persists in the Apple Health app unless you delete it there.

§08Children

PinPoint is not intended for users under 17 and is not directed at children.

§09Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, the effective date above will be updated and the change will be summarized at the bottom of this page.
